Please answer the following question to direct you to the appropriate forms. I intend to:
Withdraw
Leave during the current term (or term that just ended), without completing my courses in the term.
Cancel or Not Return
For returning students, notify the university you are not planning to return for the next term which hasn’t started. Incoming students should contact Admissions at Admissions@baylor.edu.
Choose the appropriate population below:
- All Undergraduate and Law Only – Cancellation
- Graduate Students, including Seminary and Social Work, should contact their specific program.
