Students may participate in TRIO SSS if they meet the following criteria:
- Enrollment: Be enrolled or accepted as an undergraduate student at Baylor University.
- Eligibility Category: Meet at least one of the following:
- First-generation college student: Neither parent holds a bachelor’s degree.
- Low-income student: Meets U.S. Department of Education income guidelines.
- Student with a documented disability: Registered with Baylor’s Office of Access and Learning Accommodation.
- Commitment: Willingness to engage actively in SSS services, including meeting with staff regularly and workshops.
- Be a U.S. citizen or a permanent U.S. resident.
- The program is open to all majors/disciplines.
