How to Apply

You’ll provide basic information, verify eligibility, and answer short reflection questions about your goals and academic needs. - Submit Required Materials
- A short personal statement (250 words) describing your academic and career goals and interest in Student Support Services (SSS).
- Documentation of eligibility.
- Interview
After your application is reviewed, SSS staff will invite you for a brief interview to discuss your goals and help assess your academic support needs. - Develop an Academic Success Plan
Accepted students will meet with their SSS advisor to create a personalized plan outlining goals, strengths, and areas of support for each semester.
Participant Expectations
SSS participants agree to:
- Meet regularly with their assigned advisor or coach.
- Attend workshops or events each semester.
- Maintain good academic standing.
- Participate in mentoring, tutoring, or community activities.
