What is the Graduation Regalia Program?
Graduation is a time to reflect on your hard work, celebrate your journey, and look forward to what’s next. We believe that every student deserves to walk across the stage with confidence—regardless of financial circumstances. That’s why our Graduation Regalia Rental Program provides students with access to free rental of graduation attire, including:
- Caps and gowns
- Tassels and cords (as applicable)
- Hoods for graduate and professional students
Whether you’re an undergraduate, graduate, or professional student, our program ensures you have everything you need to fully participate in your ceremony—without worrying about how to afford it.
Who Can Use This Resource?
This service is available to all graduating students at Baylor University, regardless of classification, degree level, or financial need. First-generation students, students with limited resources, and anyone who may face barriers to purchasing regalia are especially encouraged to apply.
How It Works
- Complete the Online Form
Fill out a short request form with your name, student ID, size, and expected graduation term. The earlier you apply, the better! - Get Matched with Regalia
Our team will contact you to confirm sizing and availability. If you’re unsure about sizing, we’re happy to help guide you. - Pick Up Your Regalia
You’ll be notified when your regalia is ready for pickup. We recommend picking up well before your ceremony to allow time for any needed adjustments. - Celebrate!
Attend your graduation and celebrate this incredible achievement in full regalia! - Return After the Ceremony
After the celebration, simply return your items during the designated return period. We’ll clean and prepare them for the next graduate.
