Student Success and Engagement

Tre Baldwin

  • Assistant Director of Basic Needs

Hello! I'm a Waco, Texas native, dedicated family man, and a life long  supporter of all things Baylor sports. I hold a Master’s degree in Social Work from a Tarleton University, equipping me with the skills and knowledge to effect positive change in my community.

Professionally, I am committed to fostering strong, healthy communities through dedicated social work practices, with a focus on family well-being and educational outreach. My expertise includes food insecurities, community organization, and advocacy, all driven by a deep belief in the power of compassionate support and education.

Outside the office, I'm likely found at a Baylor game, cheering loudly alongside my family, or enjoying cheering on my three wonderful children in their sporting events. My love for sports is paralleled only by my passion for living a joyful, engaged life.

Whether you’re seeking collaboration or looking to engage my professional services, I bring enthusiasm, expertise, and a zest for life to everything I do. Let’s make a difference together!
