Maggie Bryant serves as the Assistant Director of TRIO Student Support Services at Baylor University, where she supports first-generation, low-income, and students with disabilities in achieving academic success and graduating with confidence. In her role, she helps oversee program operations, student support initiatives, and compliance processes aligned with federal TRIO regulations. Her work includes supporting federal compliance, managing student data systems, and contributing to the Annual Performance Report (APR), using data-informed practices to strengthen program outcomes and student success.

Maggie brings a decade of experience working within federally funded TRIO programs and higher education student services. Her professional background includes advising and mentoring TRIO participants, coordinating college access programming, and supporting grant-funded initiatives that expand educational opportunities for underrepresented students. She has held roles at McLennan Community College, Jessup University, and Cañada College, where she developed strategic partnerships, supported regulatory compliance, and used data-informed decision-making to strengthen student success outcomes.

Maggie holds a Master of Arts in Postsecondary Educational Leadership from San Diego State University. She is a certified Gallup CliftonStrengths Coach and embraces a strengths-based philosophy, helping students and colleagues identify and develop their natural talents to foster growth, resilience, and leadership.
